Jacob Gabriel

Jacob is an Indigenous executive with extensive experience driving commercial outcomes across the transport, infrastructure, and energy supply sectors. As Founder of Padthaway Resources and First Transport, Jacob has built one of Australia’s leading Aboriginal-owned logistics companies from the ground up, delivering critical fuel supply and transport services across major infrastructure supply chains across Australia.

Sean Armistead

Sean is a respected Indigenous senior  executive with experience driving economic outcomes for  Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples across  corporate, government, and community sectors. In senior  roles with some of Australia’s largest employers, including  Sodexo, Crown Resorts, and Hewlett Packard, he has helped create hundreds of Indigenous jobs and opened significant procurement pathways for Indigenous businesses.

Matt Mumme

Matt is a seasoned infrastructure finance executive with deep expertise in renewable energy, corporate finance, and commercial strategy built over more than two decades at the forefront of Australia’s energy transition.

He currently holds the role of Chief Financial Officer at Celero Infrastructure, a leading developer of large-scale energy & digital infrastructure. This follows executive roles at Tilt Renewables — spanning periods of institutional ownership by Infratil, QIC, the Future Fund, and AGL — and at Pacific Hydro in the areas of Corporate Finance, Strategy, Customers & Energy Markets, and Operations.

At Celero, Matt leads the company’s financial strategy, capital structuring, M&A and investor engagement as the platform scales.

Paul Abbatangelo

Paul is a senior business development executive with over 15 years of experience driving commercial growth across Australia’s fuel, lubricants, and industrial sectors. As Senior Business Development Manager and Fuel Specialist, Paul has built and managed major bulk fuel, on-site refueling, and lubricants supply portfolios across transport, construction, infrastructure, earthmoving, agriculture, and government clients throughout Metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria. With deep expertise spanning Viva Energy, Shell, Ampol, and Mobil product portfolios, Paul has a proven track record of supporting clients throughout their supply chain.

Michelle Vu

Michelle is an experienced administration and customer service professional with proven expertise managing high-volume operations, accounts, and stakeholder deliverables across diverse industries. As  Administration and Accounts Manager at Padthaway Resources (PRC), Michelle oversees the day-to-day administrative and financial operations that underpin PRC’s transport, fuel, and infrastructure supply activities.
